Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Unless otherwise noted, prices for items ordered on the site do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes. Prices for products available at other retailers may vary from the prices listed on the Website.
Online orders for shipment within the contiguous forty-eight (48) United States states and Washington D.C. may be placed through the Website. We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, outside of the United States, or to Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, P.O. Boxes or to Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.
You represent and warrant that you have the right to use any credit card or other means of payment that you provide to us. All billing information you provide to us must be truthful and accurate. Providing any untruthful or inaccurate information is a breach of these Terms and may result in cancellation of your order.
If there is a problem charging your selected payment method, we may charge any other valid payment method associated with your account. If there is no other payment method available to us, we may cancel your order.
Quantities are limited, and in some cases we may be unable to fulfill your order. If we are unable to fulfill an order after it is placed, please allow five to ten business days to receive a refund.
Orders may arrive in multiple shipments. Please allow at least five to ten business days to receive your product. SDDF aims for you to receive your order as soon as possible, but we do not guarantee shipping times. All purchases of physical items from SDDF are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. However, if you have any problem with your order, including delivery, please contact us to see if we can assist.

For purchases, we will refund or replace all products that are not up to our customer’s standards, subject to the below details. You can expect a response within 3-5 business days but will do our best to respond to you sooner!
In the unlikely event that the product was damaged or spoiled during transit or delivered after the expiration date, SDDF will be happy to refund such items, including the amount you paid shipping, or reship a replacement order.
All refunds will be credited to the Payment Method you used to make the original purchase. Please note, SDDF does not control when a specific credit card or payment method company processes a chargeback transaction. To find out the average amount of time it takes for the charge to appear and if you have any questions regarding the status of the chargeback, please contact your Payment Method company.
SDDF retains the right to not provide a refund or replacement for a request that is received by SDDF more than 30 days after the date of delivery. We also do not provide a refund or exchange for returned products that are damaged due to misuse, lack of care, mishandling, accident, abuse or other abnormal use.
